Frame Materials
Our frames are made from sturdy pine wood and have a thickness of around 0.85" (2,1cm). These frames are available in a white and black painted option as well as a darker wood tone and a natural tone. Each frame comes with a protective acrylic glass sheet.

How long does shipping take?
You can expect to receive your order within 3–7 business days after your map has been crafted, whether you're in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the U.K., Australia, Japan, or New Zealand. We’ll send tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What paper do you use for printing?
We print on high-quality fine art paper with a matte finish. You can choose between our standard 200gsm Fine Art Paper or upgrade to Museum Quality 250gsm paper for extra weight and texture—both ideal for framing and long-term display.
Do the maps come framed?
You can choose to order your map unframed, or enhance it with one of our premium wood frames—available in black, white, or natural pine finishes. Each frame is optional and custom-fitted to perfectly match your selected map size.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a free replacement—just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and New Zealand. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, no matter where you are.
