Frame Materials
Our frames are made from sturdy pine wood and have a thickness of around 0.85" (2,1cm). These frames are available in a white and black painted option as well as a darker wood tone and a natural tone. Each frame comes with a protective acrylic glass sheet.
Poster Materials
we offer two kinds of poster materials:
- fine art paper (200g/sqm)
- museum quality paper (250g/sqm)

We always strive to deliver your map prints as fast and securely as possible. We have a processing time of 1-2 business days and a shipping time of 3-5 business days.

What makes Mappedwell prints different from other map posters?
Each map we offer is carefully restored from historical sources or crafted in a minimalist style—enhanced with subtle shading and light techniques to create a striking sense of depth. They’re made to feel more like artwork than wall décor.
What paper do you use for printing?
We print on high-quality fine art paper with a matte finish. You can choose between our standard 200gsm Fine Art Paper or upgrade to Museum Quality 250gsm paper for extra weight and texture—both ideal for framing and long-term display.
Do the prints come framed
You can order your map unframed, or select from our premium wood frames in Black or White painted Pine. Frames are optional and made to match each size perfectly.
How long will it take to receive my
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery within the U.S. typically takes another 3–7 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll send a free replacement—just reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
